West Cancer Center unveils nonprofit to raise funds for cancer research

The West Cancer Center on Thursday unveiled a new nonprofit charity to raise funds for cancer research in Memphis and accepted a large initial donation — $2.5 million from the Memphis-based Plough Foundation . . . The West Cancer Center is a partnership of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, The West Clinic and Methodist Le Bonheur Health Care.
