Virtual reality area and more coming to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital

Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital interim director Dr. James “Trey” Eubanks said the hospital’s ongoing $95.4 million expansion will include several state-of-the-art features, including a virtual reality area. Eubanks, a 20-year Le Bonheur veteran and professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center’s College of Medicine, was named the hospital’s interim president in March after Michael Wiggins’ departure.
