A Memphis-trained physician, turned NASA astronaut returns to her alma mater — UTHSC — this fall. Margaret Rhea Seddon, MD, a 1973 graduate of UT, will deliver the evening address at the UTHSC Centennial Gala on September 17.

NFL-Sponsored Offense-Defense Camp to Take Place at UTHSC

UTHSC will host an Offense-Defense (O-D) camp which will take place on June 12-15. Organized by the National Football League (NFL), the camp is geared towards high school students and youth ages 7 to 14.


Nursing Student Awarded Memorial Scholarship from Army Nurse Corps

Heather Martin, a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist student in Nursing and First Lieutenant in the Army Reserve, is being awarded a Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $3,000 by the Army Nurse Corps Association.
