December Population Health & Translational Research Conference
|The December 6th Population Health & Translational Research Conference presents “Social Determinants of Health as a Third treatment Arm in Primary Care” by Shelley White-Means, PhD, Director CHEER, Professor in Dept of Interprofessional Education.
