The Department of Defense awarded $562,500 last September to Dr. Subhash Chauhan, PhD, a professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, to research new therapies for advanced-stage prostate cancer.
“Men are much more open about talking about erectile dysfunction than they were 15 years ago, 10 years ago,” said Robert W. Wake, MD, professor and chairman of the Department of Urology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and residency program director.
He has a faculty appointment in the department of psychiatry at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and has worked with the UT Medical Group.
