It’s official. The University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) has a new chancellor. On Nov. 23, UT System president Randy Boyd had recommended to the board of trustees that Dr. Peter F. Buckley be named the next leader of UTHSC. On Dec. 6, the board affirmed the recommendation during a special meeting, unanimously confirming Buckley’s appointment.
