Researchers at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine at Chattanooga were part of a large international multicenter study just published in the Lancet Digital Health journal. The study evaluated the effectiveness of a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) system for polyp detection in screening and surveillance colonoscopy.
Santosh Kumar, PhD, Professor and Assistant Dean of UTHSC College of Pharmacy coordinated Society on NeuroImmune Pharmacology 27th Annual Scientific Conference in New Delhi, India. Dr. Kumar is the 2023 president of the society.
The UTHSC Women’s Resource Group recently raised $750 and collected several hundred items of clothing for the Memphis chapter of Dress for success a charity mixer and a fashion show. Co-facilitated by College of Health Professions (CoHP), the event brought together several CoHP faculty and staff, as well as members of other colleges and departments.
