Erlanger signs intent to join Prisma Health in proposed partnership
Erlanger Health System has signed a nonbinding letter of intent to pursue a strategic partnership with Greenville, South Carolina-based Prisma Health, a move that would bring $2 billion in planned capital investments to the Chattanooga region if the transaction is completed.
