Last month, announcements were made that the system-wide Information Technology policies were revised because of the adoption of the Center for Internet Security (CIS) Critical Security Controls (CSC).
Because of those changes, the UT Health Science Center ITS Standards & Practices have been under revision to support the new policies. A new naming convention was adopted to align with the system policies.
Please take some time to review both the UT IT Policies and our supporting documents. Everyone associated with UT Health Science Center is responsible for being familiar, and complying, with these policies and standards.
