University Health Services will be transitioning to a new electronic health records (EHR) system and patient portal on December 4th. This means self-scheduling will no longer be available through Intellichart as of December 4, 2023. A new and improved portal is under construction and will be available through digital invitations to existing patients beginning on December 4th.
The self-scheduling tool will temporarily be replaced by an appointment request function in the updated portal.
Don’t worry, you will yet have the ability to access records from UHS visits prior to December 4, 2023 in Intellichart. Notifications regarding an end date to usage in Intellichart is pending from our current vendor.
As always, you can also request your records by emailing uhs@uthsc.edu or completing the appropriate records request form on our website. Appointments can also be made by calling (901) 448-5630 and selecting option #1.
