| Colleagues, Today, the United States Supreme Court issued a decision regarding student admissions systems at Harvard University and the University of North Carolina. This potentially represents a significant change in the law relating to the college admissions process. Over the coming days and weeks, we will be diving into the details of this ruling to determine whether it will impact our campuses and institutes. Our focus on access, retention and engagement, as well as our commitment to the mission of the UT System remains unchanged: to serve all Tennesseans and beyond through education, discovery and outreach.
