New Standard for RingCentral Accounts

ITS Telecom has introduced a new standard for managing RingCentral accounts to ensure our telecom services are efficient, fair, and compliant while optimizing the use of university funds.

If your RingCentral account hasn’t been used for over 90 days, it will be disabled.

Don’t worry—we’ll notify you by email and give you a 30-day grace period to request reactivation before your license is removed.

If you have special circumstances, such as:

  • Your account is tied to a number that needs to stay active;
  • You’re on an extended leave;
  • You’re interested in switching to an alternative account type, like voicemail-only;
