Understanding the importance of time management is central to success in all endeavors, as well as our overall sense of contentment.
This training uses lecture, written exercises and group discussion to help you find ways to make the most of your time and most importantly, make time for yourself.
- Learn strategies for better time management
- Discuss the importance of balance and finding time for oneself
- Provide insight into how perfectionism and procrastination get in the way of productivity.
- Discuss how to classify tasks in terms of importance, how to negotiate with others when you are overwhelmed as well as how to minimize distractions.
