What is Hire Local?
Hire Local is a Free training program that connects you to the tools, behaviors, and support you need to build a career that can change your life, your family, and your community.
Who should apply?
- 21 years old
- HS Diploma
- Clear background and driving record
- Driver’s License
- Previous experience in law enforcement, security, military is a PLUS
- Armed and unarmed security officers needed
In this program, we offer:
- A $350 stipend + employer interview for roles $17/hr+
- Free in-person, instructor-led training program
- Customized resume support
- An accelerated connection to a career you love and the life you want!
Are you eligible?
- Priority is given to residents of 38103, 38104, 38105, 38106. 38107, 38112, 38114, 38126; unemployed or working part-time.
