We are conducting a research study to explore the impact of infertility on nurses, physicians, and physician trainees employed in Tennessee using individual interviews. We are interested in learning about your experiences seeking infertility care for yourself or a partner, how it affected your well-being, and what resources and support would be helpful for healthcare providers affected by infertility.
As a part of your participation in this study, you will be asked to complete a demographic survey which will take you up to 10 minutes to complete. This survey will be available via Qualtrics prior to your scheduled interview, and involves answering a series of questions. The individual interview, which will take place via Zoom, will follow an interview guide to gain insight into your experience with infertility. The interview will take up to 1.5 hours to complete. All participants will be given a $25 Amazon gift card after completing the interview.
