The University of Tennessee Health Science Center has been named among the Top Workplaces in Memphis listing by The Commercial Appeal for the sixth consecutive year.
UTHSC was ranked among the Top Workplaces in the large company category.
The Top Workplaces listing is based on an objective assessment from a third-party survey done by Energage, a research firm that helps employers improve, create value, and achieve results through energizing and engaging their workplaces.
Top Workplaces honorees are chosen based on the results of the survey completed by their employees. The survey evaluates topics such as pay, benefits, culture, professional growth, job satisfaction, and more.
This year, members of the Young Professionals Group (YPG), a new professional development group at UTHSC, accompanied Chancellor Steve Schwab, MD, and UTHSC Human Resources leaders to the Top Workplaces presentation at the Hilton Memphis on December 12th.
