201 from the College of Allied Health Sciences;
76 from the College of Dentistry;
37 from the College of Graduate Health Sciences;
148 from the College of Medicine;
95 from the College of Nursing;
176 from the College of Pharmacy.

This year’s graduating class includes 101 African-Americans, 9 Latino-Americans, 114 members from small or rural Tennessee communities, and 183 graduates who came from out of state to study at UTHSC. In addition, this graduating class comprises 278 men and 455 women. Some 17 of the out-of-state graduates are Arkansans who earned their doctoral degrees from the UT College of Dentistry. Arkansas students come to Tennessee to train as dentists because their state has no dental college.
