ITS has received more than 50 requests for classroom and conference technology upgrades. While we will try to complete all, we cannot guarantee projects will be completed by the requested deadline and student- and instruction-related requests will have first priority. 


Duo to Be Used to Verify Identity for Service Desk Calls

Starting May 6, users calling the Service Desk may be asked to approve a Duo prompt sent by the attendant to verify identity as a means of security.
