UTHSC Responds to Emergency Blood Shortage

This week members of the UTHSC community can respond to the emergency blood shortage and help save lives by participating in one of the campus’ two blood drives.

On Tuesday, January 20 the Medical Student Executive Council is sponsoring a drive in conjunction with LifeBlood. The blood mobile will be on campus in front of the General Education Building from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

On Thursday, January 22 and Friday, January 23 the Student Government Association Executive Committee is sponsoring a drive with the Red Cross. This event will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days in Forrest Park.
