UTK adopted the new universal prompt for Duo on June 25, 2024. This affected the UTK systems used by our campus, including IRIS and Office 365.
Our UT Health Science Center systems will continue to use the traditional Duo prompt for the time being. Please visit the Duo Changes for Summer 2024 page to see the difference in the prompts.
The universal prompt defaults to Duo Push, so those using Duo tokens should click the Other Options link to choose passcode.
Also, starting June 25, whenever you add or remove an approved device from your Duo account, you will receive an email notification and a message through the Duo mobile app on your phone.
