It’s tomorrow and Saturday but NOT TOO LATE to register to attend the Soulsville Heart Health Summit, 1-5pm, at Stax Museum of American Soul Music. We have a great line-up of speakers to discuss strengthening connections between primary care and community organizations to address social needs and improve population health throughout Tennessee. Saturday will include a collaboration with Stax’s Back to School Family Day, so bring the whole family for activities, food trucks, and more. 1-5pm both days at Stax, 926 E. McLemore Ave. Speaker presentations available via Zoom. This is the inaugural annual meeting for the Tennessee Heart Health Network.
