To make accessing W-2 forms as simple and convenient as possible, the University of Tennessee System will be providing 24/7 online access for employees to access W-2 statements through ADP — the payroll, human resources, and tax service provider contracted by the university to manage specific payroll-related services, including W-2 statements.
Once ADP registration is complete, employees will be able to securely view and print their W-2 statement at any time. Detailed registration instructions will be shared soon.
Note, paper W-2 statements will also be mailed to all employees by the end of January using the addresses on file as of Jan. 15, 2026.
