UT Wellness: Know How, Know Now Challenge

|

The UT Wellness: Know How, Know Now Challenge gives faculty and staff practical, life-saving skills that can help us recognize the signs of a crisis, respond with confidence and connect others with the help they need. The three self-paced K@TE trainings cover important wellness topics: mental health warning signs, recognizing and responding to opioid overdose, and suicide prevention.

And there’s a little friendly competition, too. Now through Oct. 10, campuses and institutes will compete to see which can achieve the highest employee participation rate. Each completed K@TE module adds to your campus or institute’s chance to win a lunch with system and campus leadership — and, of course, bragging rights.

Employees who complete all three trainings during the challenge will receive a digital certificate and be entered into one of 10 systemwide prize drawings for $50 gift cards and UT Wellness blankets.

Whether you work with students, colleagues or members of your community, these trainings provide practical tools to help build a more prepared and supportive UT community.

Join the challenge and be part of a system that shows up for one another.
