UT Health Science Center PD Faith & Blue Events
We’re excited to kick off this year’s Faith & Blue events at UT Health Science Center! These events are built on the idea that communities thrive when law enforcement and community members work together with mutual respect and understanding. Below is the schedule for the three-day celebration, open to all students, staff, and community members:
October 8th: UT Health Science Center PD Community Service Day
- Time: 11 AM-1 PM (Lunch) & 5 PM-7 PM (Dinner)
- Location: Lunch will be held at Morris Park, and Dinner will be held at Memphis Union Mission

Join us in serving meals to members of the homeless community. This is a great opportunity for students to earn volunteer hours while making a positive impact!
October 9th: Crucial Conversations with UT Health Science Center PD Command Staff
- Time: 11 AM-1 PM
- Location: GEB Auditorium A102
- Participate in a table talk discussion on critical topics like student safety, active shooter preparedness, crime prevention, and city safety. Your voice matters!
October 10th: Field Day
- Time: 12 PM-4 PM

Location: SAC
- Enjoy a fun-filled day with food trucks, games, prizes, and the chance to connect with members of the UTHSC Campus Police Department on a personal level. Don’t miss this exciting and interactive event!
