This is a 6 month research study on the effect of diet on diabetes health which may help your diabetes to go into remission.
If you are overweight, age 20–65 years, and have been recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or possibly have undiagnosed diabetes with no other major illnesses or food allergies and found eligible to participate in this study, you will receive at no cost:
Screening for diabetes
Physical exam
Cholesterol and other health tests
Food for the 6 month study
Payment for completion of the 6 month study
