Join us next Thursday, February 5, at 12:00 pm, for February’s Learning Collaborative!
Our guest speakers, Cheree’ Albritton from the American Heart Association and Konica Sheffield, CSPO, from Christ Community Health Services, will be presenting on Target: BP™ Quality Improvement initiative.
Target: BP™ is a national initiative designed to address the widespread challenge of uncontrolled blood pressure, a leading risk factor for heart disease and stroke. Committed to advancing equitable health outcomes, the initiative partners with health care organizations and communities to improve blood pressure control among the populations they serve. Target: BP™ supports these efforts by promoting the latest scientific evidence, best practices, and data-driven strategies to strengthen hypertension prevention, detection, and management. Participants will also learn from Christ Community Health Services, a local health center, as it shares insights and successes from its program. Register now!
Don’t forget to wear #red on National Wear Red Day on Friday, February 6!
