Cancer and health disparities affect our communities every day, and addressing them takes all of us. This Thursday, join the National Health IT Collaborative for the Underserved (NHIT®) at the NHIT® Community Health Innovation Summit: Memphis 2026.
The Summit brings together patient advocates, caregivers, clinicians, researchers, and community leaders to expand access to cancer care, build trust, and increase participation in clinical research. Guest speakers will represent:
- UT Health Sciences College of Nursing
- West Cancer Center & Research Institute
- Genentech
- Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance
- Memphis Breast Cancer Consortium
- Touch, the Black Breast Cancer Alliance
- National Health IT Collaborative for the Underserved (NHIT®)
This event is part of NHIT’s 2026 National Impact Tour, which elevates local conversations to inform national policy. Recommendations from these gatherings will feed into NHIT’s Congressional Briefing in Washington, D.C. on November 18th, so what is shared in Memphis will help shape the conversation at the national level.
