This session identifies the importance of relaxation in a high-stress world, defining what relaxation is and why it is important.
Participants will:
- Have an opportunity to practice some of the relaxation techniques
- Learn tips for energizing to improve effectiveness at work and at home
- Consider why relaxation skills are important
