The Administrative Development Symposium registration is now open for all professionals who are interested in learning new skills to refresh professional and personal development. In-person sessions will be held in the SAC on Friday, October 4 from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm. Virtual sessions will be held Monday, October 7 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. $150/in-person (includes breakfast, lunch, and custom swag) and $75 virtual; you may use the Career Development Fund (CDF) to fund your attendance**.
The session “The Power of You” is just one example of sessions offered. Join Dr. Stephanie Cage, Director of Faculty Affairs, as she focuses on the profound impact individuals can have when they harness their strengths, passions, and unique abilities. Dr. Cage will emphasize the importance of self-awareness, self-belief, and personal development as key drivers for achieving both personal and professional success. Key topics include how to seize opportunities to rise and thrive in the workplace, know your personality traits and learn those of others, align internal values with external behavior, and adapt and thrive in evolving environments and embrace change.
