Brief bio:
Harsh Vardhan Dubey is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Preventive Medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center where he works under the mentorship of Dr. Saunak Sen. His current research focuses on biological data analysis, particularly the development of principled statistical and computational methods for integrating and interpreting complex multi-omics datasets across multiple molecular layers. Motivated by the increasing scale and heterogeneity of modern biomedical data, his work lies at the intersection of statistics, optimization, and data-driven modeling for biological systems.
