Volunteers are needed at the Love Thy Neighbor by Feeding the Hungry -Weekly opportunities.
This is a partnership with Christ Missionary Baptist Church and the Mid-south Food Bank. Each week we prepare 200-250 food relief boxes to families experiencing food insecurity.
Boxes are assembled each Tuesday, 10-11:45ish, lunch is then provided for the volunteers.
Each Wednesday food boxes are given out via drive-thru (10-noon). Boxes are available to all Shelby County residents.
