UTK adopted the new universal prompt for Duo on June 25, 2024. This affected the UTK systems used by our campus, including IRIS and Office 365. Our UT Health Science Center systems will continue to use the traditional Duo prompt for the time being.

ITS has received more than 50 requests for classroom and conference technology upgrades recently. While we will continue to take requests and make every effort to complete them as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that all projects will be completed by the start of the fall semester or other requested deadlines.
