High Demand for Classroom and Conference Room Technology Upgrades

ITS has received more than 50 requests for classroom and conference technology upgrades. While we will try to complete all, we cannot guarantee projects will be completed by the requested deadline.


Duo Now Used to Verify Identity for Service Desk Calls

Users calling the Service Desk may now be asked to approve a Duo prompt sent by the attendant to verify identity as an added security measure.
