Soon, unsupported Windows and Mac operating systems will no longer have internal network access without an exception request submitted and approved by the Office of Cybersecurity.
Family caregivers must be at least 21 years of age, reside in Tennessee, and report being the primary/main caregiver to an adult over 18 years of age with a mental illness. The caregivers and individuals with a mental illness must be able to read, write, and speak English and be willing to use the Zoom computer application. Professional caregivers, such as nurses and nurse aides, or those caring for someone with dementia or a developmental disorder do not qualify.
Classic Microsoft Teams support ended on July 1, 2024, with the NEW label removed from the new Teams app mid-to-late July 2024. Make sure you have the newest version of Teams!
