benefits choices. These include your health, dental, life and vision
insurance and other benefits.
- All changes must be completed by October 18 at 4:30 pm central time zone.
- Even if you don’t make any changes, we recommend that you review your enrollment each year.
- If you don’t make changes, current medical, dental, vision and disability selections will remain the same.
