It’s not too late to register to attend the Soulsville Heart Health Summit THIS Friday and Saturday, 1-5pm, at Stax Museum of American Soul Music! We have a great line-up of speakers who will discuss strengthening connections between primary care and community organizations to address social needs and improve population health throughout Tennessee. Saturday will include a collaboration with Stax’s Back to School Family Day, so bring the whole family for activities, food trucks, and more. Both events at 926 E. McLemore Ave. Speaker presentations available via Zoom. This is the inaugural annual meeting for the Tennessee Heart Health Network.
