Just fill out a service request ticket, and we will get right to it!
You can also check your requests by clicking the My Requests button on the TechConnect home page:
- See details of a specific ticket by clicking on the ticket title.
- Add Comments by clicking on the ticket title (but you can also reply to emails to add a comment).
- Withdraw the ticket if you no longer need service (click on the ticket and click the Withdraw Request button).
