Dear Faculty and Staff,
Effective April 30, Motorpool services provided by The Facilities Department to the UT Health Science Center will be permanently suspended. This decision was made after a thorough review of the historical and current Motorpool services.
As a member of the UT System, the UT Health Science Center and its employees have access to negotiated rates with reputable car rental agencies including Enterprise and National. To book automobile rentals, employees should use the university’s travel system, Concur, or contact the university’s travel agency, World Travel. Please utilize these resources when the business-use of a rental automobile is more economical or feasible than other alternative methods.
If you currently have a Motorpool reservation beyond April 30, or have travel questions related to this service, please contact Facilities at 901.448.8888 and one of our service desk representatives will gladly assist you.
