This 20-Minute Mentor explores the functional and actionable mindset needed to design an effective online learning experience. Instructors will learn to focus on things that have an actual impact on student learning, or adopt a mindset that prevents wasting time on teaching tasks that don’t have an impact. Additionally, faculty will gain a better understanding of the philosophy that drives effective learning in the online classroom to help shift their mindsets.
