Due to the weather conditions, ITS support services will be limited today.
- The Service Desk will be available by phone (901.448.2222) and web (uthsc.edu/techconnect) only. There will be no walk-in service.
- There will be very limited onsite classroom support. We recommend that faculty members teach remotely via Teams or Zoom. If you must teach onsite, please arrive early to get set up, and call for assistance if needed. Please be prepared for response times to be longer than normal and/or for support to be provided by phone rather than onsite.
