ITS is updating cybersecurity software to ensure that all UT-owned devices are protected from viruses and other malicious software. We are switching from Carbon Black to Microsoft Defender, and the only change you may notice is a new icon on your desktop.
Everyone should keep their computers turned on after hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week, and remote users should connect to the VPN during business hours.
