Introducing TechTriage: ITS’s New IT Chatbot

Information Technology Services (ITS) is pleased to announce the launch of our new IT chatbot, TechTriage.

TechTriage is designed to provide quick, convenient support for common IT-related needs and can be accessed directly through TechConnect.

Simply visit TechConnect and click the orange conversation bubble located in the lower-right corner of the home page to get started.

How TechTriage Can Help
Use TechTriage to:

  • Find information available in TechConnect
  • Get answers to basic IT troubleshooting questions
  • Locate the appropriate service request to receive support from an ITS technician

TechTriage is a great first stop when you’re not sure where to begin or need quick guidance.
