If you see an immunization hold on your banner account, no worries. Currently the system that communicates between banner and verified credentials are down and the IT teams are in the process of fixing this. We ask that you please be patient while this is being repaired. While we don’t have a definite timeline of when it should be up and running, we hope that it will be fixed by the end of this week.
You will receive an email once your hold has been lifted.
