How to enroll or make changes to your benefits

Option 1: If you have previously logged into Edison, you should be able to access annual enrollment in DASH > Employee Self-Service > Me > Benefits > Review Employee Resources > Edison Portal.

Option 2: Be prepared to retrieve the Edison Access ID and password:

  1. Go to the Edison Website – https://www.edison.tn.gov
  2. Click Retrieve Access ID
  3. Copy for later

Retrieve Edison password:

If you have logged into Edison before:

  • Click Benefits Enrollment (green tab)>Login> “Forgot Your Password?”  Enter the Edison Access ID and request a temporary password.  A temporary password will be sent to your email on file.
  • If you are new or first-time login then > First Time Login/New Hire > create a password.  Your Edison number is located on your Pharmacy card.

To start your enrollment, go to the Edison Website – https://www.edison.tn.gov

Step 1: Click on the Green Benefits Enrollment tab

Step 2: Click Login

Step 3: Copy your Edison Access ID and enter your password

Step 4: Click Annual Enrollment

Adding dependents like your spouse or children? Dependent verification documents must be submitted by the Annual Enrollment deadline of Oct. 17, 2025.
