General Stores will be closed for fiscal year-end inventory and closeout activities June 24-28, 2024.
We will continue to sell dry ice only during this time. No other requisitions will be processed or fulfilled until July 1.
Ordering deadlines:
- Stock items: requisitions for in stock items must be submitted by 12pm Friday, June 21 for delivery by 4:30pm. Requisitions submitted after 12pm will be processed July 1.
- Non-stock items: requisitions for non-stock, special order, or temperature sensitive items must be submitted by 2pm Tuesday, June 18. These items are subject to vendor availability. Requisitions entered after June 18 will be approved and submitted to vendors on July 1.
Backordered or delayed items not received by 4:30pm Friday, June 21 will be received and billed in the new fiscal year.
