You get robocalls on your cellphone, and once you are migrated to RingCentral, you may notice you are getting spam calls there, too!
But just like with your cellphone, you have options to try to prevent spam.
- Answer the phone, and then hang up if the call is not relevant.
- Block the number.
- If you don’t recognize the number, don’t answer, let it go to voicemail, and then check your voicemail to see if it is a call you need to return.
