Join the Center for Youth Advocacy and Well-Being in collaboration with the Benjamin L. Hooks branch of the Memphis Public Libraries, as we host a Family Resource Fair on Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, at the Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library, 3030 Poplar Ave. Memphis, TN 38111.
The Family Resource Fair is a free event. There will be activities for children and teens, information sessions, and Les Passees Kids on the Block will present a puppet show at 12 pm. We will also have the following information sessions:
- TNSTEP will have a session titled, “IEP vs. 504: What’s the Difference and Why It Matters,” from 10:30 – 11:00 am
- Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network will have a session on youth Suicide Prevention for adults, from 11:30 am – 12:00 pm
- RBG Mental Health & Wellness Black Therapist Matter will have a session on Suicide Prevention for youth, from 12:30 – 1:00 pm
