Facilities DASH Work Timeline Through July 1

The UT Health Science Center Facilities Department will be replacing the Archibus system with DASH Oracle Maintenance Cloud (OMC) as of July 1, 2024, to coincide with the DASH Human Resources and Finance implementation. In preparation for this transition, the following cutoff dates are being imposed in order to allow time for resources to focus on this transition. Normal business operations are scheduled to resume on July 1.

  • As of April 1: No new non-mission critical projects will be started. The facilities director, managers, supervisors, and architecture and planning reps will meet daily to review new project requests to determine what is considered mission critical and what requests will be put on hold until after July 1.
  • As of May 1: No new non-mission critical work requests will be started. The facilities director, managers, supervisors, and architecture and planning reps will meet daily to review new work and project requests to determine what is considered mission critical and what requests will be put on hold until after July 1. 
  • Between now and May 1: You may continue to use Archibus to submit all requests, which will be prioritized and tracked through Archibus and scheduled to be performed after July 1.

If you need mission critical work performed before July 1, please submit a ticket into Archibus or contact facilities services at 901.448.8888.
