Employee Appreciation Day

We are excited to celebrate YOU with a few hours of Halloween fun, including a free lunch and dessert, costume contest, pumpkin decoration contest, lip sync battle, guess the candy corn, best Halloween-decorated office space, and a free insulated tote bag for each employee!
IMPORTANT:
You must register in person BEFORE Employee Appreciation Day to pick up your FREE meal tickets and insulated tote bag!
Monday, October 27 and Tuesday, October 28

Student-Alumni Center Gym
Tickets and tote bags WILL NOT be distributed on Friday, October 31, at Employee Appreciation Day. Make sure to register on October 27 or October 28!
Please note: if you are unable to make it to the registration event, you may send a copy of your ID badge with a co-worker who can get you registered and pick up your tickets and tote bag. Employees are limited to registering up to five additional co-workers.
Costume Contest
Dress up in your best Halloween costume solo or as a group and show off at the Costume Contest/ Fashion Show! Employees will vote via the cheer-o-meter, to determine the solo and group winners! If interested, complete the interest form by 10/22. SOLO entry GROUP entry
Halloween Canvas Decorating Contest
We’re providing the canvas, you take it home decorate it and let your peers vote on their favorite! Employees must submit interest in this activity via this form by October 17. We’ll email the participants additional details on picking up their canvas to decorate.
Lip Sync Battle
Join us for a Lip Sync Battle showdown, where the crowd will choose the winner! If you’d like to participate, by 10/22 complete this form.
Guess the Candy Corn
Can you guess how many pieces of candy corn are in the container? The closest guess will win a prize.
Best Decorated Office Space
ALL Campus’s- Decorate your office space (desk, door, cube, window, whatever) for Halloween! Employees will vote, and the top three will win a prize. Submit a photo of your decorated office space in this form by 9:00 am 10/22. All employees will receive an email to vote on their favorite decorated office space. Voting will close at 10:00am 10/30 and a winner will be announced at the event.
We look forward to seeing you at registration in the SAC Gym on October 27-28, and then for Employee Appreciation Day on October 31 in Medical District Park!
