Information Technology Services (ITS) is implementing Dropbox Enterprise to provide a secure, institutionally managed collaboration platform for approved research activities.
If you currently have a Dropbox account associated with your @uthsc.edu email address, you will receive direct communications from ITS through email and within Dropbox. These communications will include important information about eligibility, account migration, timelines, required actions, FAQs, and support resources.
As part of this effort, existing Dropbox accounts associated with @uthsc.edu email addresses will be reviewed and transitioned before new account requests are accepted. Requests for new Dropbox Enterprise accounts will be available after the migration of existing accounts has been completed.
Additional information regarding eligibility requirements, migration guidance, and frequently asked questions will be provided in upcoming communications. Existing collaborations, sharing permissions, and approved integrations are not expected to be impacted by the transition.
